SHIPPING and DELIVERY
The shipment is carried out in Italy and Europe.
Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 days from order payment.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Tuesday to Friday, except holidays, by express courier. The times of receipt of the goods will take place in 24/48 hours, from the date of shipment, throughout the National and European territory, with the exception of the islands where an additional 24 hours are required.
The Customer will be contacted by the Courier with a warning SMS or e-mail.
For all products delivered, Trentingusto issues an invoice/receipt with the data provided by the customer at the time of payment by sending the pdf format to the e-mail address indicated.

order from 20€ to 40€ = 6,50€
for order over 40€ = FREE
Delivery costs are indicated on the site and displayed directly at the checkout. Delivery costs to EU countries other than Italy are indicated on the Site and may vary depending on the weight and volume of individual packages. They will be displayed directly at the checkout (in euros and inclusive of VAT), before the conclusion of the order.
PACKAGING AND CARE OF PRODUCTS
We pay particular attention to the packaging of our gastronomic specialties. To guarantee the perfect conservation and integrity of perishable products, we mainly use vacuum packs inside isothermal packaging, with the addition, in the hottest periods, of dry ice (gel in bag) which allows to keep the cold chain unchanged inside the containers.
You can reuse the packaging and the gel bag even at home, placing it in the freezer.
The food product we offer you is handcrafted, so the real weight of the product when cut may differ slightly from the weight indicated in the information sheet.
To avoid that the goods are left in the courier's warehouses at the end of the week, perishable food products (eg cheeses, cured meats,) are shipped by Wednesday. Therefore, orders for perishable products placed from Thursday to Sunday will be processed on the first working day of the following week.
We recommend that you provide us with a shipping address where someone can be found during business hours. It is essential that someone is present at the shipping address indicated at the time of delivery, in order to avoid delays and stocks at the shipper's warehouse.
During the CHECKOUT phase, to facilitate the delivery operations, please check that the data such as address (complete with house number) and telephone numbers are correct.
We also invite you to always communicate a mobile phone number, in this way, both we and the courier will be able to reach you more easily for any information relating to the order or shipping problems.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR DELIVERY.
The courier plays an important role in our work.
If the package should arrive damaged, we invite you to accept the package from the courier with "RESERVE OF CONTROL", indicating in the waybill as well as the wording "Control reservation" also the cause of reservation, eg. damaged package, open package, dented package, wet package, destroyed package, crushed package, etc. This is crucial in order to open a claim against the courier and obtain compensation for the damage.
Furthermore, in the event of problems upon receipt of the package, please write to us immediately at email@example.com so that we can open a file with the forwarder and at the same time be able to send the damaged goods again.
