THE HISTORY

The company amari Zucal grappe was founded in 1981 by the deep knowledge in the herbal field and the great passion for grappa that binds the founder Sergio Zucal to the land of Trentino. Initially the production was limited to the use of the most traditional flavored grappas of the area such as mountain pine, gentian, asperula, juniper, genepy.

Over time the number of products has been significantly expanded thanks to the continuous search for tastes and flavors, in order to offer a wider range of our preparations, without ever losing sight of the artisan aspect that in all phases of the work, from the collection of herbs through bottling and labeling, are carried out manually.

Currently the company boasts a wide variety of products including grappa and bitters flavored with herbs, white grappas, fruit liqueurs and spirits. All this would not have been possible without Sergio's dedication to knowledge and love for his work.

In 2019 his nephew Nicola joined the company, who, flanked by the teachings of his uncle, adds a spirit of innovation that will allow this small artisan company to continue that beautiful journey started many years ago.

PHILOSOPHY

The goal is to remain more and more faithful to an artisan production by continuing in the collection of roots, plants and herbs that are found in our mountains of Trentino.
