Producing cured meats with game is a typical tradition of the Trentino valleys and even today the Corrà Brothers follow the ancient family recipes to produce this salami with a fine mixture in which the fat part is made up of pork belly, while the lean part from front cuts of roe deer.

To be enjoyed in thick slices, alone or in mixed platters, and is perfectly suited to accompany tastings of red wines, such as Teroldego or Marzemino Trentino.
