Producing cured meats with game is a typical tradition of the Trentino valleys. The Corrà Brothers produce this salami starting from the front cuts of wild boar which, although not very widespread locally, is one of the best known meats among game in Italy. In the fine mixture, its fatty part is made up of pork belly, while the lean one from front cuts of wild boar.

It should be enjoyed in thick slices alone or in mixed platters and is perfectly suited to accompany red wine tastings, such as Teroldego or Marzemino Trentino.
