It comes from the encounter with one of the most sought-after flavors of our mountains, the precious porcini mushrooms to which the aromatic truffle and noble cuts of pork are added to the mixture: shoulder, pancetta and coppa. It ages for at least two months and before releasing its intense aroma on the table.

To be tasted thinly sliced with white bread, alone or in mixed platters paired with medium-bodied red wines such as Groppello di Revò.
