The black pepper bacon is one of the main ingredients of Italian cuisine, used in condiments for pasta all'amatriciana, alla carbonara or alla gricia and in an infinite number of tasty recipes. It is produced entirely by hand with carefully selected heavy pork and wrapped in black pepper during the maturation which lasts at least 4 months. Its flavor is rich and aromatic, the salt content is correct and never prevalent.
