TRENTINGRANA PANNA COTTA, HONEY AND WALNUTS
DOSE FOR 4 PEOPLE
250ml of fresh cream
180ml of milk
7gr of isinglass
1 Cinnamon stick
90gr of grated Trentingrana
Honey to taste
200gr of Walnuts
Soak the isinglass in cold water for about 10 minutes;
meanwhile, collect the cream and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat, add the well-squeezed isinglass and mix everything.
Add the grated Trentingrana to the mixture and mix until completely absorbed.
Then pour everything into the molds and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
At the moment of use, immerse the molds in hot water for a few seconds, so as to facilitate the detachment of the panna cotta;
after which, serve and decorate with honey and coarsely crumbled walnuts.
