It has a cylindrical shape with a characteristic concave side.
Thin, smooth and regular rind. It has a soft, soluble and tending to creamy texture, with few rounded holes, widespread, with a small diameter.
Typical aroma of milk, cream and fresh herbaceous notes. Sweet and delicate flavor.
